Subfamily DescriptionChange Management (CHM) comprises the preparation and support of different stakeholder groups / business units / teams with change management activities. Facilitates the introduction of new structures, processes, roles, and / or methodologies within Nokia.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnMakes proposal for process performance targets & defines, implements and monitors the process performance metrics continuously.Creates and implements e2e processes scope in own responsibility area and provides cross-functional inputs.Identifies, analyses and defines continuous improvement initiative, optimization and automation of processes based on performance measures, benchmarking, customer feedback, lessons learned, audit etc.Creates process development plan and execution roadmap (12-18 month) and long range plan (3 years).Ensures that processes are sufficiently documented, are aligned with Nokia process architecture and common global process documentation guidelines.Reviews & approves process documentation.Ensures that processes and related IT solutions (tools & processes) meet the approved business requirements (targets, business requirements from process managers).Creates, maintains and approves blueprints, user guides and working instructions.Drives Process Management alignment with Information/Data management.Supports process issues, acts as a specialist and gives support in a team.Defines and executes trainings based on own area of expertise. Supports cross-functional trainings.Creates process governance structure.Key Skills And ExperienceImpactImpact is short-term and usually departmental/project in scope. Knowledge & ExperienceManagement experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents. Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
