Your role:
Leading all development activities per PDP/ADP with limited supervision.
Maintaining engineering documentation.
Benchmarking.
Coordinating prototyping from source to build with supervision.
Analyzing build results, drawing conclusions, and implementing changes.
Giving input about the quality of components.
Providing input to DFMEA.
Performing tasks required to assemble ME quote input with supervision.
Reviewing/correcting test reports, drawing conclusions, and proposing changes.
Fulfilling and leading machine tests.
Defining new test requirements and procedures.
Leading simple problem-solving activities.
Performing on-the-job training.
Being familiar with BOD, BOP & lessons learned.
Utilizing all the analytical tools.
Staying abreast of market conditions & trends.
Taking part in the creation of technical specifications for new equipment and software.
Communicating with customers.
Working in compliance with Aptiv system & Customer Specific Requirements.
Proposing improvements in Aptiv system.
Your background:
Degree in a technical field.
2+ years of experience.
Good communication in English.
Process Development & Manufacturing related experience.
Understanding of engineering theory and principles of design.
Analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
