Because of their growth, they are looking for a Process Engineer who wants career development, to work with an amazing team, in an extraordinary culture and environment, and other great benefits.As a Process Engineer, you will:BWS calculations for all productsCWS (Direct labor) calculations for current products on a weekly basisReport daily the performance of each productLead the weekly leveling meetingLead the interface with MP&L regarding production volume variationsPerform and report the five years Manning Business PlanDefine and develop line processes for each positionContinuously analyze product processes for every operation (e.g., component numbers, cycle times, hourly rates, worked hours, equipment load, people requirements)Be responsible for maintaining process documentationDevelop the Plant Headcount Plan according to monthly Plan Book VolumesCreate a training plan for new employeesEnsure the accomplishment of the Mfg. Specialist (operators) rotation plansDevelop changeover proceduresDevelop processes to control overhead (consumables part) costs at the cell levelEnsure the accomplishment of the 5S's within the areaParticipate in the ECN's and Builds meetingsRequirements:Degree level qualification in Manufacturing or a related subjectMinimum of 5+ years as a Process Engineer or similarExperience gained preferably within the electronics industryExperience in a dynamic industry environmentExcellent analytical skillsEffective communication skills at all levelsStrong organizational skillsExcellent leadership skillsFluency in EnglishIf you consider this opportunity interesting, send your application.
