Process Engineer

Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate process improvements and potential pilots in the workshop in close relations with techno clubs and/or labs.Coordinate and ensure process audit.Define, set targets and implement proper indicators for processes, yields, machine performances, in collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, and Maintenance.Lead the 2nd level of root cause analysis and propose corrective solutions in collaboration with Production, Maintenance, and/or Quality teams. Follow 3rd level of support from the central team if root causes and/or corrections haven't been identified locally.Lead industrial projects.Participate in the recruitment process.Industrial Projects Responsibilities:Prepare the project.Drive the project.Manage the team.Communicate.Capitalize.Ensure other transversal activities.Candidate Profile:Master Degree in Engineering (chemical, industrial, or similar).At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a high volume manufacturing facility.
