The Blades Casting Team
The Blades Casting Team is looking for new talent to drive the development of future turbine blades. We have a vision of creating value by delivering world class process engineering and we would like you to be a part of this vision.

How to contribute to our vision
Our mission is to ensure that our blades are designed for manufacturing, to develop production processes, and to be the process knowledge hub for SGRE. We will be doing this by:

Reducing the cost of the blades

Minimizing the time to market of our new blades

Mitigating risks in our processes

More precisely, you will be responsible for:

Mitigating risks through PFMEA's and HSE risk assessments

Developing prototypes

Preparing 0-series and serial production documentation

Instructing our skilled new product introduction blue-collar workers throughout.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Develop new manufacturing technologies within casting of blades

Ensure design for manufacture of new blades

Develop and implement new production processes globally

Create and maintain documentation (work instructions, purchase specifications, P-FMEA's, special characteristics, and RA's).

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:

A talent with an engineering background and experience with composite manufacturing

Good people and communication skills. Fluency in English, both orally and in writing, is mandatory.

In a working situation, you should thrive with handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team and enjoy both desk work and hands-on tasks.
