Upon completion of the program, you will play a key role in the realization of a high-volume production line at our state-of-the-art facility in Porto.In your new role you will:Beresponsible for the development of processesfor new derivatesin semiconductor manufacturingwithin part of our innovation strategyHandoverof fullycharacterized and well documented process to productionwithin technology projects and continuousproduction support for problem solvingandcost improvement activitiesSpecifyequipment requirements,driving equipment buy-offand release in closecooperation with productionConduct analysis and optimization of process parametersto improve quality and efficiency using tools such asSPC, FMEA, APC, 8D, Six Sigma and DoEParticipate as a technical expert in interdisciplinary and cross-site project teamsfor the development of new products and to address technological challengesYou are an energetic, goal-oriented person who remains focused on quality, even when under pressure. You have an autonomous and methodic working style and a strong critical thinking that allows you to come up with and implement corrective actions.
