PROCESS CONSULTANT - BPM (HYBRID) Portuguese company hires for remote / hybrid work. CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN LISBON / PORTUGAL FLUENT PORTUGUESE AND ENGLISH (B2+ - NICE TO HAVE) Description We are looking for a Process Analyst who will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing organizational processes. This position will focus on establishing standards and best practices for Business Process Management (BPM), developing performance indicators, and identifying improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and compliance within the organization. The Process Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to create a cohesive, process-oriented framework and leverage tools such as Power BI and MS Office Suite for analysis and reporting. Must have: Knowledge about BPM and good practices for its implementation Knowledge of process analysis and diagnosis Knowledge of process modeling Knowledge about creating process performance indicators Knowledge of process improvement techniques Knowledge of process-oriented organizational architecture Medium / advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Medium / advanced knowledge of Power BI Nice to have: Advanced BPM Knowledge Data Analytics Top Skills: Analytical Thinking Problem-Solving Process Design and Optimization Communication Stakeholder Engagement Years of Experience: Up to 5 years of experience in the role.
