Your Role As Project Change Manager
Stepping into the Project Change Manager role within our Group HR's People Program Office, you will spearhead strategic projects that impact our global workforce of 11,000. You'll be an integral part of a dynamic OCM team, working alongside experts in communication, training, and change management to enable organizational transformation.
Global Influence And Expansion
Your mandate includes fostering relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, shaping and implementing change initiatives with cultural sensitivity. While the OCM team is rooted in our Danish headquarters, your contribution will support our expansion, especially in facilitating the global rollout of SAP S/4HANA.
Location and Travel:
This position will be anchored in our US offices, located in Richmond or Bethlehem, suitable for a candidate ready to work from these locations. You should also be prepared for occasional travel, both within the US and internationally, to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Your Mission
In collaboration with the OCM team, your role will be to empower our greatest asset, our people, as we transition to this new way of working. You will provide pivotal support through clear communication, comprehensive training, and strategic change management, ensuring everyone is aligned and equipped for the changes ahead.
As our Project Change Manager, you will be responsible for:
Orchestrating the deployment and optimal utilization of SAP S4/HANA across the organization.
Crafting and executing a communication strategy that resonates with diverse teams, ensuring alignment with our overarching OCM strategy.
Conducting a thorough stakeholder analysis, engagement, and creating robust reinforcement plans.
Working with process professionals to identify change impact and collaborating with stakeholders to identify solutions and actions to implement them.
Supporting the design and delivery of process and system training, providing critical hypercare where needed.
Synthesizing learnings from each wave of implementation to refine ongoing change activities.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
A seasoned change management professional with a passion for transformation and a methodical approach to processes.
An exceptional communicator adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels and managing resistance with poise.
Proven expertise in managing large-scale international transformation projects, with a preference for those versed in Prosci and ADKAR methodologies.
A project management maestro with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and high-level facilitation.
Key Deliverables Expected In This Role
Tailored stakeholder engagement plans with measurable outcomes.
Impact assessments for system implementations, addressing any identified gaps collaboratively.
Strategic blueprints for role mapping post-system rollout and targeted change management communications.
Requirements
Proficiency in English is a must; Spanish would be a bonus.
Change management project experience in change management and communications or training, experience implementing SAP S4/HANA would be a bonus.
A Master's degree in Business, HR, or Change Management is ideal, accompanied by at least 5 years of experience in change leadership roles. Equivalent experience with a Bachelor's degree is also welcome.
Some regional and international travel may be required.
A strong sense of initiative and the ability to work with distributed colleagues and management.
