Mandatory Skills:
Deep knowledge and understanding of enterprise systems and architecture

Must be able to independently run sessions with the client and own deliverables.
Must have excellent EXCEL Skills, particularly in data analysis and/or modeling applications (Excel) and related presentation packages
Process Diagrams BPMN 2.0
SQL and/or database experience is a plus
Nice to have: Knowledge of the following tools: Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Purview, Visio, SQL, etc. Master Data Management knowledge and processes.
Role Description Skills:
We are looking for a business systems analyst to implement and improve Business Processes and Systems. He will be working with a team of strategy consultants and analysts to gather process, system, and data requirements, document and address business issues, and assist in recommending and providing solutions. They will be part of the Data Governance Team which will focus on:
Designing, documenting, and analyzing business processes (business as well as system analysis)
Analysis of data to produce basic data models, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams
Working mostly in Agile methodology / Kanban but also structured techniques
Key responsibilities:
Collect, discuss, understand, and document Clients functional and data requirements
Translate assumptions, risks, and business requirements into future design
Create business artifacts, business flows, and requirements mapping as needed
Research and provide recommendations on critical business decisions/solutions
Contribute to future design and support analyst teams
Support application/system configuration and testing
Work closely with the architects and business analysts to produce & document the system requirement specifications deliverable
Facilitates implementation of changes to existing applications
Performing business analysis activities at the strategic, operational, and organizational level
