Descrição Manage purchasing data in SAP;Support the Procurement department for SAP;Coordination and support for the French perimeter on ARP project and Train activities;Manage escalations and subcontractor activities for responsible scope of services;Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities;Manage stakeholder relationships with multiple functions such as strategic and operational procurement;Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art processes and tools;Daily support to the buyers;Project contribution;Buyer's support (level 1 and 2);Validation of user's access rights.Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree or technical training background in procurement, logistics, supply chain, business administration, or similar;3 years of experience in IT Systems (i.e. SAP);Effective written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English;Knowledge of Google Suite (plus);A strong ability to communicate effectively with the capacity to work across functions and adapt to changing priorities and new tasks;Delivery-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction;Analytical and open to new ways of working;Fluency in English.Vantagens Great opportunity to join an international company;Great opportunity to join a dynamic team.
