The incumbent documents findings, progress, and provides instruction to patients and caregivers. The therapist will provide recommendations and assist physical therapists and management with program development. The therapist will serve as a resource and mentor, overseeing the development, guidance, and training of assistants, students, interns, and rehabilitation technicians regarding individual patient care.Job DescriptionPRN coverage needed primarily for weekendsTraining/orientation will be held during the weekLocation: Texas Medical CenterMinimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university-based Physical Therapy program.Licenses/Certifications: Current license to practice Physical Therapy by Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or by the Physical Therapy Compact Commission.
