Principal Consultant

Assume key role in the full project lifecycle, focusing on business value and benefit realization as a Principal Consultant - Business Analyst - Service Now.

Responsibilities:

Elicit business and system requirements, creating requirement artefacts, user stories, and functional specifications.

Understand and negotiate stakeholder needs and expectations.

Lead requirement walkthroughs, ensuring project clarity.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams on business requirements.

Manage customer relationships and expectations through effective communication.

Create and maintain project documentation, including issue logs and meeting minutes.

Support customers during UAT and perform functional testing to ensure requirements are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Prior experience with ServiceNow.

Good knowledge of IT systems and tools.

Preferred qualifications:

Strong management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, positive outlook, and result-oriented.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
