THE ROLE As Indie Campers' Pricing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates for our vehicle rentals.
Your role will involve analyzing market trends, monitoring competitive pricing, and adjusting our pricing strategies to meet demand.
Your expertise will be critical in achieving our revenue goals and ensuring operational efficiency.
You will be joining our Revenue Management team in our Lisbon HQ, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and working closely with the Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy rates.
Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to inform pricing decisions.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to pricing, including Revenue/Week, Pace Delta, and Occupancy Weekly Inefficiency.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to adjust pricing in response to market demand and occupancy levels.
Maintain accurate records of pricing strategies and their impact on revenue and occupancy.
Provide regular reports on pricing performance and KPIs to the CRO.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation in pricing strategies.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in pricing and revenue management software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Fluency in English is mandatory.
