It focuses on delivering high-quality products and maintaining strong partnerships within the industry.Your new roleAs a Pre-salesperson in Networking and Electronic Security, you will support the business as the first line of contact. You will design, optimize, and enhance networking and electronic security solutions, as well as address any issues that arise. You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to find sustainable solutions, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective strategies with the support of a strong technical team.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, build, configure, customize, and implement networking and electronic security solutions, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation.Cooperate with developers, software engineers, architects, business analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure that the applications meet requirements and performance goals.Conduct unit testing and fix detected errors.Ensure that developed solutions are peer-reviewed and documented according to company standards.Identify, propose, and implement improvements to the company's application portfolio.Challenge designs to optimize and improve the application lifecycle.Maintain, support, and repair solutions following ITIL to keep them performing in accordance with technical and functional specifications.What you'll need to succeedUniversity degree in Engineering, Information Technologies, or related fields.Previous experience in pre-sales or technical sales in the areas of networking, electronic security, and fire detection.Comprehensive knowledge of networking and electronic security technologies, such as video surveillance systems, access control, and intrusion alarms.Knowledge of fire detection technologies.Familiarity with technical and regulatory standards for electronic security and fire detection.Proficiency in MS Office tools.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.Certifications in electronic security and/or fire detection will be considered an advantage.What you'll get in returnYou'll be able to join a fast-paced environment and a growing team with a great working spirit in a leading company in its sector.
