Offer Description IPN Automatics Lab is a reference in the development of applied technology for telehealth,
specifically in AI & Robotics for Healthcare, Telemedicine and Telerehabilitation solutions.
IPN Automatics Lab is now hiring a Pre-Award Manager to:
- Support the concept development, writing and submission of funding applications in the areas
of AI & Robotics for Healthcare, Telemedicine and Telerehabilitation;
- Contribute to the development of the RTD strategy, in line with the institutional strategy and
funding opportunities available;
- Ensure pre-award yearly KPIs;
- Cooperation with the different departments of the institution during all stages of application;
- Support the communication team to design external visibility and awareness of IPN
Automatics Lab activities;
- Participation in national and international networks

Skills/Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- A MSc or PhD in Healthcare Sciences, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Health Economics or
any related topics.
- Have proven experience in supporting and leading the preparation of funding grants
applications for the health innovation
- Familiar with European funding programs Horizon Europe (or previous FPs), EIT-Health, DEP,
THCS, Interreg, Eureka (more than 2 years of experience)
- Familiar with national funding programs PT2030, PRR (more than 2 years of experience)
- Proficient in English;
Preferred factors:
- Entrepreneurial experience in the area of ICT for health and well-being;
- Know-how about the Medtech, digital health value-chain and market access in Europe;
Soft skills expected in all positions:
- Autonomy and orientation towards objectives and results;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Good communication skills;
- Leadership and teamwork skills
