.Post doc fellowship -FEMGlocal - PTDC/COM-CSS/4049/2021 (CLOSED) Offer Description COFAC, Cooperativa de Animação e Formação Cultural crl, opens a call for applications for a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship in the scope of the project "Glocal feminist movements: interactions and contradictions/Movimentos feministas glocais: interações e contradições (PTDC/COM-CSS/4049/2021)", supported through national funds in the budget of the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) - and developed in the research unit CICANT - Research Center for Applied Communication, Culture and New Technologies (in Lusófona University, Porto).FEMglocal project aims to understand the feminist movement today, paying attention to the specificities of the Portuguese context in articulation with the transnational circumstances and taking into account the interactions and contradictions between global and local activisms, rooted in digital communication and in the national context. The project is anchored in a mixed methodology, using quantitative and qualitative perspectives and data triangulation techniques.Applicable legislation: Legal Regime of the Research Grant Holder Statute (Law no. 40/2004, of August 18, republished in annex to Decree-Law no. 202/2012, of August 27, and amended by Decree-Law no. 123/2019, of August 28, which proceeds with the fourth amendment to the Research Grant Holder Statute); and Regulation no. 950/2019, of December 16, which approves the FCT Research Grant Regulations - 2019 ( ). Skills/QualificationsAll individuals with PhD in the areas of Social Sciences, particularly Communication Sciences, Gender Studies or equivalent are eligible to apply for this scholarship.The candidate CV must evidence previous work that demonstrates the candidate is qualified to carry out activities to support the organisation, implementation and technical-scientific development of the project, namely: To develop and implement activities related with theoretical problematization; To prepare and and conduct the analysis of the genealogy and cartography of the Portuguese Feminist Movement; To prepare and develop Case Studies analysis; To conduct quantitativeand qualitative research tasks; To prepare podcasts andcollaborate in audiovisual outputs; To prepare and develop a Collaborative and Interactive Platform related with the project; To prepare and conduct dissemination and sustainability tasks; To develop field work and dissemination activities in Portuguese and in English; To help preparing publications to submit to scientific journals, with peer reviewing, on the topics related with the project; To collaborate in otherpublications in areas relevant to the project; Other tasks to support the project's development. Specific RequirementsAll individuals with PhD in the areas of Social Sciences, particularly Communication Sciences, Gender Studies or equivalent are eligible to apply for this scholarship
