As a Portuguese Speaking Technical Support representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues related to the search engine's products and services. Responsibilities

Provide technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers regarding the search engine's products and services

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
Prior experience in technical support or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Ability to work well independently in a remote work environment

Valid EU passport or ID
