Job Title: Portuguese-speaking Project Manager

Job Description:
As a Portuguese-speaking Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and coordinate all aspects of project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
- Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
- Experience in (specific industry/sector).
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
