Portuguese Junior Family PA/House Manager wanted in Lisbon, Portugal – Start ASAP We are on the hunt for an energetic and proactive Junior PA/House Manager to help out a HNW family in their home in Lisbon.
The candidate must be native Portuguese due to the role requiring knowledge of Portuguese financial and cultural protocols.
One of the duties will be walking the dog, so an animal lover is a must. Other responsibilities include:
Running errands
Helping with taxes for the cars
Ensuring the household is running smoothly
Dealing with contractors
Liaising with their UK based PA
Responding to emails and other light admin duties
On the odd occasion, the PA/House Manager must be comfortable and happy to care for the young children to help mum if the nanny is sick or on annual leave.
The accommodation offered is a shared apartment with the Housekeeper and Nanny 5 minutes away from the client's residence.
Predominantly, the role will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; however, the occasional weekend may be required if the client isn't home to walk the dog.
The ideal candidate will be motivated with the initiative to pre-empt tasks and issues whilst having a warm and friendly persona.
