Role: Customer Support Advisor Language Portuguese (Native European) + English (B2) - both languages written and oral Key Responsibilities Providing customer assistance via incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media channels.
Offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup and verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, as well as general guidance on navigating the platform and resolving any technical issues.
Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.
