As a customer service representative in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Provide customer support (B2B), processing inquiries regarding the product catalog (luxury products) within the specified, defined guidelines/goalsProviding information on the delivery status of ordersEntering and accepting orders (mail, Excel, SAP)Processing complaintsMaintaining the accuracy and security of customer information in the databaseForwarding non-standardized problem cases to other functionariesDocumenting any queries in the systemResearching information and resolving issues using available resourcesTo succeed in the role, you will need to have:
