Job Overview : We are seeking a German-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team on-site in Porto .
This role will involve providing top-quality customer support to our German-speaking clients while assisting them with our web services.
Prior experience is not mandatory, as full training will be provided, but customer service experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities : Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Issue Resolution : Effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with company products and services to deliver accurate information and troubleshooting support.
Order Management : Assist customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders.
Technical Assistance : Provide basic technical support to customers, helping them navigate our digital services (training provided).
Collaboration : Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
Customer Feedback : Collect feedback from customers to help improve services and products.
Work Schedule : Monday to Sunday : 08:00 to 19:00 (Rotative Shifts) Late Shifts : Possibility to extend shifts until 21:00 Days Off : 2 days (rotative) Relocation : Relocation from outside of Portugal : Reimbursement of airfare after 180 days of the contract up to 400€ in economy class.
Relocation from inside of Portugal : Reimbursement of travel costs after 180 days of contract up to 150€ in economy class.
Temporary Accommodation : From outside of Portugal : Hotel room for 28 days depending on the project.
From inside of Portugal : Hotel room for 15 days depending on the project.
Shared Apartment for International Relocators : Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months with rent of 280€ including utilities (deducted directly from the payslip).
Note : Temporary accommodation is available based on project needs.
Additional Benefits : Meal Allowance : 7.63€ net per working day.
Transport Allowance : Not provided.
