Thus, successfully differentiating Nasdaq from our competition and contributing to the net growth of our business while offering intense and excellent career development opportunities.Team and Role OverviewWe are looking for a Portfolio Director to join our Lisbon office who will contribute to the regional business development by actively developing the customer delivery business on both existing accounts and new names. A Portfolio Director's responsibilities include designing regional growth strategies, managing client satisfaction and growth opportunities through actively participating in governance committees, and supporting the sales organization to position the customer delivery implementation strategy and pitch. Ultimately, you will work directly with clients and customer satisfaction colleagues as well as the sales organization to manage a portfolio of active projects, drive service growth and market penetration as well as actively supporting sales of new clients in various business lines.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer delivery service strategies to clients and colleagues.Provide advice and guidance for opportunities to customers and colleagues.Create and execute a regional strategy to develop the customer delivery business.Measure and report on the financial KPIs like bookings, margin, and revenue.Work actively with customer delivery directors to ensure the flawless transition of opportunities from the prospecting stage toward the execution phase.Work collaboratively with solution architects and subject matter experts to elaborate client proposals and end estimates.Present service strategies to clients at the C-level.Engage with client procurement, business, and legal departments to review and close contracts.Skills And RequirementsProven work experience as a Portfolio Director or similar role.Strong understanding of customer delivery practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on commercial C-level conversations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Master's degree in business, finance, investment, or a related field preferred.Why Apply:Nasdaq's mission to pioneer innovative technology offering efficient, accessible, transparent, and fully integrated solutions is only achievable due to our outstanding workforce.
