As a Politics & Government Assistant for Social Media you will gather important information and monitor advertisements, detecting inappropriate links, identifying and troubleshooting possible issues. What you'll doGather important information;Identify and troubleshoot possible issues;Triage requests from the different entities;Facilitate the communication with Government, Political, and Advocacy partners;Help to keep relevant content on various platforms;Respond, when possible and needed, by email, with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy;Escalate any issue, when needed.What you'll needNative Italian and fluent in English (at least C1 level is mandatory);Experience partnering with compliance and legal functions (preferred);Experience with social media platforms (preferred);Good communication skills and experience offering customer support over email (preferred);Passionate about providing outstanding support experiences;Experience in dealing with high volumes of online content on various platforms;Motivated and with a positive attitude.Teleperformance PortugalTeleperformance Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe.
