As a Technical Support Advisor, you will represent a very well-known car manufacturer who specializes in sports cars. You will receive incoming queries from both customers and dealerships via phone and email, where you will answer and solve technical issues in a timely manner. Updating customer accounts, registration of operating issues, as well as cross-sales activities will be part of your responsibilities. This luxurious and high-end brand will require someone who is a customer service professional who strives to achieve high client satisfaction.
