Responsibilities: Review the content received by internal systems or users to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Review, classify, and eliminate highly sensitive content uploaded by users according to established parameters. Make timely escalations requiring special attention in accordance with established procedures. Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and ensure the security of customer information. Participate in continuous training programs for optimal role development while meeting performance indicators. Perform outbound calls during investigations to collect proof of complaints from drivers and customers. Requirements: Candidates must speak fluent Polish and English. Candidates must have the work permission to work in Portugal (Portuguese work permit or EU passport). Please note there is no option for remote work with this role.
