Your Role:
As a Client Concierge and Advertising Sales Representative, you will:
Serve as the first point of contact for agencies and advertisers who need post-sales support, customer service, or help troubleshooting issues.
Grow and manage a portfolio of clients (including small and medium businesses), helping them achieve their business goals through tailored advertising solutions.
Be part of a dynamic team of sales professionals, delivering expert consultation and fostering lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Your daily duties will include:
Client Outreach: Engage with new and existing clients via telephone, email, and chat, identifying opportunities to grow their businesses using social media advertising solutions.
