Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Polish-speaking Online Marketing Sales Experts for their offices in Lisbon. You will support our client, growing and developing your extensive client base in an innovative and fast paced environment.Your RoleContacting new and existing customers via telephone and email on a daily basis, identifying salesopportunities;Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space;Consulting with clients to provide the best solution for their business goal and use existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals;Qualifying business to be handed over to a team of skilled account managers with the goal to increase thecustomer's revenue;Using existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals;Use a variety of tools including MS Excel, Salesforce and others to research, communicate and sell to the customer;Regularly feeding product feedback from customers back into the organization in order to continuously improve advertising products.
Requirements
Solid Sales experience, ideally in BPOFluent Polish (C2) and English at good level (B2-C1)Based in Lisbon or willing to relocateStrong communication skillsAchievement and goal orientedMotivated and self-starterDynamic and Energetic
