Role Overview:
As a Marketing Expert Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the advertising experience by resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction. You will engage with advertisers and agencies, providing post-sales support, troubleshooting, and customer service in both Polish and English. Joining a team of top-class sales professionals, you will grow and nurture a diverse client base in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) daily via telephone, chat, and email to identify sales opportunities and tailor solutions for their business goals.
Employ consultative sales techniques to effectively serve client objectives.
Manage a portfolio (book of business) of small business clients, focusing on revenue growth through prioritized outreach plans based on client needs.
Research verticals, markets, and industries to understand client business models thoroughly.
Customize experiences for local advertisers by leveraging knowledge of regional business nuances.
Provide personalized client recommendations and optimize product adoption to enhance client satisfaction continuously.
Develop expert knowledge of client advertising solutions (including measurement) and their impact on performance.
Actively contribute to product enhancement by sharing insights and ideas, championing success stories, and providing feedback on product performance.
Support SMB clients with pre- and post-sales assistance across all applicable products.
Become proficient in all our Advertising solutions and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and provide crucial product insights to drive advertisers' business success.
Compensation & Benefits:
Training Program: 12 working days, 8 hours per day, conducted in English.
Salary Options: EUR 1,227.33 monthly gross salary with Christmas and holiday bonuses, food allowance, and private health insurance.
EUR 1,040.67 monthly gross salary with room allowance, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and food allowance.

Accommodation:
You have the option to live in a fully equipped and furnished company-rented apartment for at least the first 14 months, including all utilities (within responsible limits).
Schedule & Location:
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, with 2 days off per week.
Days off are scheduled in advance by the shift manager, with notifications provided 4 weeks in advance.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal.

1-month trial period applies.
Temporary contract with potential for renewal and permanency.
