This is an opportunity to integrate the team responsible for supporting customers and ensuring the sales flow, where the main goal is customer satisfaction. In this position, you'll be responsible for:
Daily communication with customers to support their purchases and requests;Develop long-term relationships with customers;Manage customer doubts in cooperation with internal departments. What you need to embark on this mission: Fluency in English (mandatory);Polish language skills (mandatory);Degree in Languages, Business Relations, Tourism or similar;Experience in customer management and customer support;Experience in SAP or another ERP, Salesforce or another ticketing tool is preferable;Dynamism, proactivity, good energy and team spirit;Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills.
