Our Client is a global business process outsourcer (BPO), specializing in customer experience and payment management in addition to sales and marketing services across voice, social, and digital channels.
We are looking for Polish native speakers or fluent (C2) with a good command in English (B2) to work as a Customer Support Specialist in a call center environment in Lisbon, Portugal:
Responsibilities:
Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social messaging channels.
Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat) and public (social, forums, ecommerce reviews) channels.
Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues to higher tiers of support as defined and documented.
Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information.
Minimum Requirements:
Native or Proficient Polish (C1 - C2) and fluent English (minimum level B2).
Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
Previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus.
For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
