Responsibilities: Credit and Collections; Handle Disputes, Cash Applications, and the Billing needed; Involves online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration; Interaction with external customers and suppliers; Validate or complete accurate and timely reporting. Supports/researches relevant data; Reporting; You need to be: Fluent in English + Polish (at least a B2 level); Education in the Area (minimum 12th grade); 6 months (minimum) of experience in a similar position; Team Player attitude; Customer focused with excellent communication skills; Good computer skills including Microsoft Office (EXCEL); Willing to develop in amultinational/multicultural environment.
