A Snapshot of Your DayThe PMO Support Lead ensures that the standards and guidelines set for the digitalization program are properly and consistently applied across all projects. This role will support the project managers deploying projects and programs within the Digital Business Process Transformation portfolio. Our project teams collaborate with Digital and IT Teams to effectively deliver the projects for process transformation and automation. The PMO is the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on a week-to-week basis.
How You'll Make an ImpactEnsure correct application of PM procedures and guidelines for project needs.Assure consistency to project planning with team leads and PMs.Ensure transparent and efficient status and financial reporting.Plan and moderate workshops (Risk Assessment, Planning, Lessons Learned, Requirements, etc.).Provide training to PMs on methodologies and processes, and support efficiency improvement measures in the PUMA tool.Report to Program Lead and integrate with Value Statement leads (Business & IT) and Project Managers.What You BringFluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills.3 to 5 years of experience in project management.Experience working with remote teams.PRINCE2, PMP, APM, Agile PM, or equivalent certification, with familiarity in these methodologies.Experience implementing IT or digital projects.Experience with Agile methodologies.About the TeamOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
