Job Summary Keyrus is looking for a talented PMO to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our data integration and modernization projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, providing governance and support, and driving continuous improvement within a Scrum delivery environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the PMO, ensuring effective governance and support for Agile projects Develop and implement tailored project management methodologies Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership Oversee Agile projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and client expectations Collaborate with Scrum Masters to support Agile teams Facilitate project reviews and capture lessons learned Identify and mitigate risks Address challenges and obstacles promptly Manage the onboarding process and provide support for new staff members, working with HR and team leads for smooth integration Engage with teams to foster a collaborative, innovative culture and a positive and inclusive work environment Act as the point of contact for stakeholders Drive process enhancements and implement best practices Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery, providing financial reporting and analysis Contribute to business case development Deliver training & development programs and ensure alignment with industry standards Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field is required 5+ years of experience in PMO, with a strong focus on Agile delivery Proven success in leading projects within a data-driven environment Experience in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and financial management Experience in leading or supporting cultural transformation initiatives is highly desirable Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and hybrid approaches Familiarity with data integration and modernization projects, including cloud migration and data governance Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools, such as Power BI Experience with project management tools like Kanban and Trello for organizing and tracking project tasks and progress Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely project delivery Fluent in English Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal Preferred Qualifications: Relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM) are desirable. Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools in data engineering, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Knowledge of data management concepts and tools (Erwin, Alation, Mesh, Experian). Understanding of data quality and governance principles. Experience working in a data-driven and cross-cultural environment.
