Our client has launched an ambitious Source to Pay (S2P) transformation program with the goal of enhancing, standardizing, and introducing new capabilities to the way the company onboards, buys, and pays its suppliers. We are seeking an experienced Program Management Office (PMO) professional to support this transformational initiative. 9-12 month contract opportunity 375-450 euro per day Key Responsibilities: Program Support: Provide end-to-end PMO support for the Source to Pay transformation program, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and IT, to drive program success. Technology Integration: Work closely with technology teams to integrate new procurement systems and tools, with a strong focus on change management. Process Standardization: Help design and implement standardized processes for supplier onboarding, purchasing, and payments across the organization. Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems. Reporting: Track project progress, manage risks, and report on key milestones to senior management. Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of project/program management experience, ideally within large corporate environments. Technology & Change Management: Strong exposure to technology-driven transformations, with a solid understanding of change management principles. Procurement Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement processes and tools, ideally with experience using Coupa. Industry Familiarity: Prior experience in consulting or professional services firms Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
