Your new role Providing documentation and training for software tools. Acting as a key user for our project management and software tools, continuously evaluating and supporting tool administration. Creating and providing standardized project and portfolio reporting to ensure complete transparency and overview of all project information. Ensuring compliance with project management processes. Supporting the improvement of our business processes, aligning with stakeholders at different management levels, and applying changes to daily operations in project management. Your new company Our client is a technology company, that is a leading global player in their field. They have different innovative projects, namely in IoT. This position will be for their software competence centre in Porto.
What you need to be successful Degree in IT, engineering, management or similar; At least, 5 years of experience in the role; Experience with Planview, JIRA, Confluence and Office 365; Advanced knowledge in Excel and/or Power BI; Fluency in english.
