Digital Engineering & Product Lifecyle is a part of Digital Solutions, and accountable for developing and managing digital solutions within the area of Industry 4.0 and Product Life Cycle Management - from management of master data to utilization of extended reality, simulation and configuration tools, and Industrial IoT. PTC Products is responsible for developing and managing digital solutions within PLM-suite of PTC. You will engage in a distributed team following SCRUM framework and a product increment strategy.
Responsibilities
Explore Windchill and Creo functionalities to achieve an efficient Overloaded & Configurable BoM
Propose new ways of organizing our product, having in mind the upstream and downstream needs/constraints
Create Demos to highlight the applicability of different Windchill features to meet our goals
Re-think Vestas data model and BoM management
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or System Engineering or similar with 10+ years of work experience (e.g., Wind Energy, Automotive and Aerospace preferred)
Good understanding of PLM discipline
Experience with modular product development, product structure & architecture tools
Solid experience with BOM management
End to end understanding about ECM (Engineering Change Management)
Solid experience in ERP software (SAP), PLM software, PTC Windchill preferred
Solid experience with Parametric Design using CAD software's, Creo Parametric preferred
Accountable for team goals and also self-motivated
Structured in the daily work
