We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Platform Service Manager to lead our platform team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through our new genAI platform (Moveworks). This role is instrumental in ensuring that AstraZeneca is able to realize the full potential of what Moveworks can do for the benefit of all employees and contract staff.

Accountabilities:
As the Platform Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Platform Service Team that focuses on Moveworks as a capability with specific focus on knowledge and process enablement. You will monitor and report on the operational performance and effectiveness of Moveworks, manage and prioritize overall platform demand, act as the single point of contact for any escalations, and develop and maintain a roadmap for Moveworks within AstraZeneca. You will also foster a culture of service excellence driven by an aligned set of principles for USE overall.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Proven track record of managing a high performing team.

Proven experience with service delivery preferably using genAI in service of addressing employee pain points.

Proven ability to build a team from the ground up to outstanding performance.

Demonstrated leadership within complex organizational environments.

Strong macro level problem solving skills.

Exceptional documentation, communication, and management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams and functions.

Demonstrated ability to manage operating and expansion budgets, provide appropriate reporting and accounting.

Desirable Skills:

Experience of working in a Pharmaceutical industry

5-10 years of experience in Business Process Automation, Service Delivery and Team Leadership

Experience of working as part of an Employee Experience transformation initiative
