At Siemens Gamesa, we are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team and support our focus on energy transformation.Responsibilities:Lead the planning and implementation of the project.Facilitate the definition of the project's scope, objectives, and deliverables.Define project tasks and the resources required for them.Create and maintain a complete project plan.Manage the budget allocated to the project.Track the status of project deliverables.Define the strategy for the project team and provide appropriate support.Continuously monitor the progress of the project and report it to stakeholders. Define, maintain, and report periodically on progress, challenges, and solutions.Implement and manage project changes and key actions to achieve project objectives.Conduct evaluation of the status of the project and its results. Compile history of the entire project, until its successful completion.Compile and disseminate the "lessons learned" of the project.Address problems/challenges in the project, with analysis and resolution methodologies (e.g. SWAT; 8D, PFMEA, among others) sustained.Support teams in the use of these methodologies.Train or ensure training of teams for their use in a timely manner.Collect information and knowledge of the product and process specifications that support the development of the project plan.Identify knowledge gaps and the need for support to overcome them and request the same in a timely manner to ensure the correct development of the project.Promote and facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement processes that aim to optimize the processes involved, exponentiating their results.Ensure the mainstreaming of "lessons learned" across projects.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in related Engineering - Technical Fields (Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical Engineering).Solid experience in a similar position, ideally in the wind industry or heavy industries.Desirable knowledge: Wind energy, power electronics, energy generation and transmission process, technical standards for energy generation, foundations.Languages: English (C1 or able to read, write and maintain a conversation.
