Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities Job Duties & Responsibilities Update the inspection instructions, ensuring application and discipline; Approve the work instruction of the production line; Ensure respect of Control Plan; Be responsible for the implementation of Quality Tools (QRCI / 8D, Mandatory Rules / Poka yoke, Lessons Learnt, 7 Basics, SPC); Train and coach people of his perimeter on Quality Tools; Ensure that operators are trained and qualified in terms of product and process; Perform regular audits to ensure the respect of standardized work; Ensure that parts without any defects are delivered to the customer, and for each derogation, there is an action plan followed by the plant; Be responsible for the containment within 24h (D3) for any complaint; Lead team members in problem-solving initiatives to fix issues on the line by using QRCI / 8D; Update daily quality indicators on the shop floor; Archive all quality records; Authority to stop non-conforming product and production with immediate escalation to the quality manager; Your profile and competencies to succeed The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be Bachelor or equivalent experience (Quality, Production, Engineering) Engineering and manufacturing background Available to work by shifts; Quality foundation (capability study, SPC, FMEA, problem-solving methodology, Control Plan etc.
): Strong analytical and proven team problem-solving skills; Continuous improvement attitude; English; Nice to have: Audit experience; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Team player; Ability to anticipate issues and provide solutions; Strong attention to detail.
