As the Planning Director, you'll play a pivotal role in providing technical expertise to municipal officials, collaborating with various boards and committees, and implementing essential planning and code regulations. Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong knowledge of and experience in community development and economic development, including business and real estate.Working knowledge of grant sources, writing, and management.Thorough knowledge of municipal government.
