Our team called Global Services (GS) provides corporate support to business areas such as Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing and IT.
This diverse team of experts, operators and specialists represent all levels from Partner to entry level staff, operating across the globe in multiple countries.

What You'll Do The Expertise & Knowledge@BCG (EK@BCG) and BCG U Senior Finance Analyst role is within the broader PA & EK@BCG Finance Team.
Key aspects of the role include:  Direct reporting to the Finance Sr.
Manager in supporting both the Expertise & Knowledge@BCG and BCG U businesses Performing thoughtful analysis to inform/support business decisions for global businesses on a broader scale  Perform operational and financial tasks, analysis and reporting as required – routine as well as ad-hoc/strategic projects  Key contributor to the bi-annual plan/budget processes  Build and maintain various Excel-based operational and financial models  Play an integral part in Pricing modeling and decisions Work with the systems group, HR, Recruiting, Finance, and other functions and assist with implementation of business/Global initiatives  Be a thought partner to EK@BCG and BCG U business partners, Global Office Leaders, Global Business Management Directors, Global Analysis, affiliated Consulting Staff and local and regional finance teams Support global, regional, and local finance initiatives  Prepare insightful materials for the LT meetings to support overall strategy & decision making   Support finance transformations and be a thought partner on the impact to our businesses  You're good at:    Financial Planning and Analysis  Supporting the BCG planning process and estimate submissions including revenue targets, pyramid / capacity modeling, compensation, cost management, launching of new products / services, launching in new regions / countries Coordinating pyramid and compensation analysis with cross-functional teams (talent acquisition, management teams, HR, finance) Supporting the production and analysis for annual operational budgets and forecasts in accordance with regional and global guidelines, business trends and management direction Supporting multiple pricing and economic models, working with Consulting Staff to develop client pricing Own and update BCG U Pricing Model based on feedback from Chief Product Officer and BCG U Global MDPs   Decision Support  Bring solutions to complex problem using data and information to assist business leaders in running the business Manage investment tracking & budgeting process Execute, review, and develop key business metrics and make recommendations where needed to business and finance leadership Support various ad hoc special projects as needed  Other Responsibilities  Responsiveness, initiative, and orientation toward service and business needs Maintenance, tracking and reporting of large data sets Ability to synthesize data and draw conclusions Coordination and execution of operational tasks and projects Comfort with ambiguity and cross validating results through indirect means Ability to identify areas for continuous improvement and bring new insights and efficiencies  Ability to prioritize and respond to multiple simultaneous tasks with long-term/short-term response requirements Ability to work cooperatively in a global virtual team where customer focus is a primary concern Building and maintaining appropriate internal business relationships  What You'll Bring BS Business, Finance, or related field 3+ years relevant work experience, ideally in a professional services or similar role  Prior experience at BCG a plus Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills   Ability to accurately execute on reporting and operations tasks  Strong analytical skills; ability to think strategically as well as tactically (big picture/small picture) as needed Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, conditional formulas, lookups etc., and ability to enhance and maintain spreadsheets and databases   Exposure to Alteryx, Tableau and other Power BI tools Exposure to Hyperion Planning, SAP Planning & SAP Business Objects or other similar system (financial, HR , management reporting system) query tools is a plus Strong PowerPoint skills (including graphics and charts)  Strong communication (written/verbal) and coordination skills High level of initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness and patience Flexibility; ability to work with/easily adapt to changing priorities   Ability to work effectively in a team environment   Ability to multi-task on different projects under tight time frames   Work experience in a global or multi-national environment is a plus   Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, willingness to pitch in and help out whenever needed and proven ability to cooperate with people at all levels and across multiple languages / cultural differences, building positive, lasting relationships   Who You'll Work With BCG's Expertise & Knowledge@BCG group is a fast-growing, ever-evolving businesses consisting of Knowledge Teams, Survey Operations, and Data/Research Services, while BCG U is BCG's newest global business focusing on high-impact upskilling to deliver transformative outcomes to our clients.
