We are a Napolitan style mobile pizza business, and mushroom farm. Located in S.W. Portugal near the Costa Vicentina. We are situated on 30 hectares in a peaceful country setting. Our fully equipped commissary kitchen is attached the to the mushroom growing area. This straw bale constructed building is completely of grid. This is our pizza preparation and laboratory for our culinary creative exploration. We will travel through the countryside villages and into the cities spreading our pizza joy, and more.Our goal is to create a sustainable company that utilizes multiple income streams that will maximize our efforts. Locally produced farm to table products. The exception in some cases are a few authentic items sourced directly from Italy. Being a positive presence in our local community. Bringing people together in a healthy enjoyable atmosphere and fellowship, while learning together and spreading the word of environmental sustainability.Living off the grid, we take pride in producing our own energy and maintaining a mindful approach to water usage, respecting the precious resources of our area. Our commitment to sustainability extends to our operations, where we've built a straw bale barn housing growing tents for our beautiful mushrooms.These are not your average store-bought mushrooms. We cultivate gourmet varieties with unique flavors, sourced from strains around the world, along with some medicinal mushrooms. As we expand, we envision offering dried mushrooms and other mushroom-derived food products, including meat alternatives.In another part of the barn, we have set up a fully-equipped commissary kitchen, where culinary magic happens. Our dough, fermented for several days, forms the foundation of our delectable pizzas. Combining this exceptional dough with the finest ingredients, we craft pizzas that stand out from the ordinary.One of the beauties of our mobile setup is that we can bring our oven on a trailer to various locations. This mobility allows us to connect with more people, sharing our passion for quality food and unforgettable flavors.We are seeking an individual interested in an opportunity to utilize their experience and creativity to grow this newly formed mobile pizza operation. Profit sharing will be included based on growth of the business. Free living quarters and food included. Responsibilities:Setup and breakdown of mobile pizza operation. Food preparation in the commissary kitchen. Cleanup in the commissary kitchen. All aspects of pizza making. Taking pizza orders. Polite, enthusiastic,and friendly interaction with clients. Good team spirit. Non-smoker. Creative input for improving the entire business from menu to event and pop-up planning.
* Professional pizza making experience. (preferably)Napolitano style* General professional kitchen knowledge.* Proficient driving skills(valid drivers license) Trailer pulling experience a plus.* Excellent ability for giving and receiving instruction.* Multitasker, well organized, punctual, and with a sense of urgency in regards to work flow.* Non-smoker* Drug free* Good team spirit* Passion for pizza creativity
