That is why their team of professionals works tirelessly to develop custom solutions tailored to fit the specific needs of each individual.As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for the therapy of individuals with a variety of conditions including neurological and developmental conditions.Your tasks will include:Providing Physiotherapy input in managing clients with a variety of needsMonitoring, evaluating and modifying treatment to measure client progressProviding Physiotherapy input into comprehensive interdisciplinary treatment and assessmentDiscussing services and treatment options with potential clientsProviding costing and rehabilitiation reports (recommendations to Case Managers, Insurers, primary health organisations, private organisations and/or local authorities)Ensuring that clients are involved in the planning and prioritisation of their rehabilitation plans wherever possibleProviding support, consultation and advising on relevant Physiotherapy issues to clients and caregiversAdapting practice to meet individual patients' circumstances, including due regard for cultural, social and linguistic differences in addition to their cognitive and physical disabilitiesDemonstrating high level of clinical effectiveness by use of evidence-based practiceYou will be splitting your time between the state of the art clinic and travelling to the patients premises (home, school, etc)Working with different age rangesTo be a good fit for the Physiotherapist role, you will have:Studies in Physiotherapy (Undergraduate or Masters)Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a PhysiotherapistExperience with different age ranges and a multidisciplinary approachFull valid Driver's LicenseWorking with Children's CheckExperience or interest in Neurological rehabilitationExperience with Bobath and/or Feldenkrais method is nice to haveEmotional intelligence and resilienceFluent EnglishKeys to success:Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsGood documentation and organizational skillsReasons to join:Employment contractSupport for Visa between 2-4 years that can be transitioned to Permanent Resident VisaRelocation package for spouse/de facto partner and any dependent children under the age of 18You will have the opportunity of self development while working in a flexible schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balanceSound Interesting?
