Market Expansion : Explore and develop new distribution accounts and manage telesales for unvisited pharmacies. Financial and Brand Objectives : Negotiate profitable business plans and deliver financial targets and brand results. Data Analysis and Adjustment : Monitor and analyze customer performance, adjust strategies, and provide accurate forecasts. Promotional and Budget Management : Manage promotional spend, ensure efficient budget allocation, and conduct ROI analysis. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal and external teams, share insights, and ensure compliance with company policies. About you Experience: Proven experience in driving growth on wholesalers and Top Accounts (pharmacy groups & islands) and managing remote sales and developing sales strategies. Knowledge of the pharmacy and wholesaler channel is a plus. Soft and Technical Skills: Ability to segment markets and analyze data to identify growth opportunities; Excellent communicationand negotiation skills. Languages: English is a must Why choose us?
