Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in Google and Meta Ads to optimize and expand our advertising campaigns.
This role requires a combination of technical, analytical, and creative skills to drive traffic, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:- Design and implement the performance marketing strategy;- Grow and develop the Performance Team;- Design, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google and Meta platforms;- Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve volume/efficiency;- Monitor and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC;- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives;- Analyse customer journey and conversion funnel to recommend strategies for retargeting;- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvements and scalability.
REQUERIMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field;- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns;- Proficiency in Excel, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics;- Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills;- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential;- Strong knowledge of the e-commerce customer journey and sales funnels.
