About our role
We are looking for a diligent, analytical and proactive Associate Performance Marketing Analyst to join our fast growing Metasearch Marketing Team. In this role you will manage large scale digital marketing campaigns for a broad range of hotel chains from across the world. To support in doing this you will leverage Triptease's proprietary data, tools and algorithms to create systems and automated solutions to maximise clients' success.
In a collaborative and creative environment you'll be encouraged to use your initiative to get things done, and will work closely with a Team of Product Managers, Engineers and Data Scientists as well as Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Teams.
Your day to day role will typically involve analysing performance data on Looker, optimising campaigns, solving technical integration/tracking problems and working closely with Client Success to support our clients. You will possess a growth mindset, strong commercial acumen and be energised by performance marketing!
Your responsibilities will include:
Campaign Management: You will be responsible for managing a growing portfolio of Metasearch campaigns across a range of partners including Google, Trivago, Tripadvisor and Bing. Working collaboratively with Senior team members on strategy, you oversee the end-to-end management of these campaigns; executing changes, identifying issues, and ensuring the performance is in line with the business objectives.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilise data analytics on tools such as Looker and Google Sheets to assess the performance of Metasearch campaigns; identify trends, issues & opportunities and provide strategic insight to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
Automation and Optimisation: Utilising knowledge of our automated bidding algorithms and best practice to execute optimisation activities to maximise campaign performance and direct bookings.
Industry Knowledge & Systems: Develop knowledge of the Metasearch and wider digital marketing landscape. This would include understanding of how to navigate, find information and make changes within the Google ecosystem (on the likes of Google Hotel Ads and Google Hotel Center) as well as other partners (e.g. Tripadvisor, Trivago, Bing).
Troubleshooting Technical issues: Utilising knowledge of our martech stack to support troubleshooting integration/tracking issues.
Client Support: You will work closely to support Customer Success on client issues, providing insight into performance challenges, and supporting on client calls when required to provide domain expertise.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with a range of stakeholders including Product Managers, Engineers, Customer Success and the Technical Implementation Team to align plans, clear blockers and resolve issues.
Capability Development: Collaborate with the Team on setting and owning goals and key results to drive forwards capability and performance.
A quantitative background
Self driven and an obsessive learner with a thirst for knowledge
Strong numeracy and analytical skills; you're comfortable working with data, spotting trends and solving problems. Preferably you have experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
Possess high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative, feedback driven environment with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Performance marketing experience would be ideal, but is not a requirement. Any experience within the hospitality industry would be helpful but not required.
