People Strategy & Global Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Specialist to support the Strategy and Global Coordination team within the People & Organization (P&O) function. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of global people strategy, help coordinate cross-matrix P&O initiatives, and contribute to the alignment of P&O goals on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in supporting global projects.

What you will do:
Assist in formulating global People & Organization (P&O) strategies that align with the company's overall goals, supporting the creation of strategic P&O plans;
Work with P&O teams to support the coordination of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and consistency across the group. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regions to gather input, share best practices, and ensure successful execution of global strategies;
Provide support for global projects by helping manage timelines, tracking deliverables, and reporting progress to ensure successful project completion;
Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing between P&O teams to foster collaboration and maintain alignment on key initiatives;
Assist in identifying risks and challenges to global initiatives, helping develop mitigation strategies and solutions in collaboration with P&O teams;
Contribute to the optimization of global P&O processes by gathering feedback, analyzing current practices, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.

What are we looking for?
Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or others;
Between 2 to 5 years of experience;
Collaborative and curious mindset;
Ability and willingness to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
Fluent in English;
Strong communication, presentation and MS PowerPoint skills.
