In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of global people strategy, help coordinate cross-matrix P&O initiatives, and contribute to the alignment of P&O goals on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in supporting global projects.What you will do:Assist in formulating global People & Organization (P&O) strategies that align with the company's overall goals, supporting the creation of strategic P&O plans;Work with P&O teams to support the coordination of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and consistency across the group.
