Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, primarily in core HR operations (payroll, compensations, benefits).
Analytical and Organizational Skills: You love keeping things up-to-date and orderly, ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Communication Skills: You excel at connecting with people and making them feel comfortable.

English Fluency: Strong command of the language for effective communication.
Excel Ninja: Must possess advanced proficiency in Excel.
